1-1 Coaching and Mentoring
I can help your young people find what’s right for them, how they want to be, and the confidence to do it.
It can be hard for a parent to see their child in distress. Subtle things can ring alarm bells, and as a parent you know there is something going on for your children, but can’t quite seem to get them to open up or feel comfortable enough to speak about it with you.
Shame, guilt, or fear of reprisals can stop your young people even being able to bring it up with you, yet you are still perceptive enough to sense their pain or discomfort.
With over 2o years of experience working with young people, I offer a different approach to help your children process what is happening for them in a safe and non judgemental space.
I encourage them to find what is right for them in terms of the way they wish to approach what seems unapproachable.
I help them to understand the influence of their culture, religion, race, gender, economic situation, education, and a number of other factors influencing the way they see things and how they feel about them.
I connect with the pain, and discomfort of being in a place that they previously thought they were alone in, and together, find the strength to emerge from, with resilience and experience to move forward with their lives.
I do this without fanfare or social media, using Psychotherapeutic Coaching.
What I do, works.
